About Winnability Scores
The winnability score is calculated as: Win Probability / Normalized Campaign Cost
Higher scores indicate seats that are more efficient to win - either because they have a high probability of flipping or because they require relatively less campaign spending. The model uses margin data from the most recent election and historical spending patterns.
